In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows: 25% of tour/service cost if cancelled before 45 days before the tour. 35% of tour/service cost if cancelled within a 25 days before the tour. 70% of tour/service if cancelled within a 15 days before the tour. No refund for tour starting within 10 days, after the start or middle of the tour. The Process of Refund will take around 30 days to complete.

Airfare/train fare is excluded from the package Dinner & Lunch fare is excluded from the package Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips, liquor, joy rides, heater charges, etc are excluded from the package. Guide charges & entrance fees like Water Falls, View Points, Double Decker Root Bridge, parking, etc are excluded from the package. Any changes on the trip due to weather conditions, road construction, etc We are not responsible
Additional costs will have to be borne by the passengers if there is any situation that is beyond our control like riots, floods, snowfall, rainfall, accidents, or any other natural or man-made calamities, and if the program of the tour has to be changed or if extended. Further, there will be no refund if any passengers have to leave the tour mid-way, due to other reasons like the death of a relative, illness, or other reasons.
